Your information in Zora

Zora checks your enabled access with FIMS and uses a secure session to keep your conversation history associated with your account. It does not expose the farmer register to other users.

Your submitted questions, audio and photos are sent to OpenAI to generate transcription, guidance or spoken replies. Conversation text is saved in Zora’s Neon database so you can return to it. Audio and photos are not saved as conversation history by Zora.

Do not share identity documents, financial information or other sensitive details in a farm question. Signing out ends your current session; it does not delete your saved conversations.

For questions about records, access or deletion, contact your CCSA administrator. A retention schedule and organization-approved privacy policy must be confirmed before public launch.
